Returns Policy

  • Items can be returned back to us for store credit which is valid for 12 months.
  • Your items will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed, unstained and footwear in its original box.
  • You can post your return back within 14 days of receiving your items.
  • You will need to cover the cost of return postage.
  • Is there anything I can’t return?

    Items marked as ‘sale’ can’t be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty.

    • Can I exchange an item?

      We recommend returning your item back to us, then using your store credit to place a new order.

      Or if you need it now, re-order your garment in the correct size and include this order number on your returns form. Once received, we’ll refund the amount in full via the payment method used. Please note, the new order must be of the same value or higher.


      • Afterpay returns

        If you return an item purchased through Afterpay, we will deposit store credit into your Amore Aroha account. Please note, your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments. Amore Aroha is unable to offer partial refunds/store credits. The store credit will be deposited for the total value of the item(s) returned. For any repayment queries please contact Afterpay on 1300 100 729


  • I’ve received a faulty item

    Send an email to with clear photos of the fault(s) and include your order number in the subject line. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

    If you have received a faulty item, we offer your choice of a refund or 110% store credit. All refunds will be issued via the payment method you used to purchase the items.

    Faulty items need to be returned before refund/credit is given
